How long does water damage take to dry?

There isn’t one fixed drying time. It depends on the amount of water, how long the property was wet, the materials affected, ventilation and whether moisture has entered concealed areas such as floor voids or wall cavities. We assess the property and monitor the drying process rather than relying solely on how dry surfaces appear.
